We understand that everyone grieves differently, and each experience is unique and deeply personal. Keeping this in mind, our monthly grief workshops offer an outlet for those who are grieving to connect with others sharing similar experiences and use many different methods to promote healing.  

Maybe it’s following along with the themes of a popular grief book, working on a memory project or having a warm bowl of soup, these workshops allow participants to take a deep dive into their unique feelings and offer many different coping skills to help navigate their grief emotions.
