Description: This group’s focus is women sharing their grief journey with one another in a safe and comfortable environment. The topic coincides with the time of year as well as what is occurring in the lives of the participants.

Summary: Women can feel comfortable in this group as there are no men in the group. We know that men and women grieve differently, therefore, this is a place where women can grieve naturally with other women who are grieving in similar manners often times. This group is similar to a group of women getting together in someone’s living room and just talking.
