Grief can be a very lonely and isolating experience. Connecting with others sharing similar experiences helps remind us that we are not alone on this journey.
Our grief support groups are facilitated by a licensed grief counselor and are offered based on various different topics and types of loss.
Groups offer an opportunity for those who are grieving to connect with others who may have experienced a similar loss in a warm and welcoming environment. Whether you’re comfortable sharing your experience, or would prefer to listen and observe at first, the support and camaraderie formed at these groups helps promote healing and overall well-being for all who attend.
